Can you do SEO for me?

RankTracks concentrates on ranking websites in the search engines. We hope to give you the tools to do SEO the right way, through quality information.  It’s one of our goals to help prevent abuse in the industry.

Will using RankTracks get me banned from Google?

No, RankTracks is a web based service, we don’t use your IP when gathering the data and make every effort to use search engines API the right way so that we don’t get banned either, we have a lot of good reasons for doing things the right way.

Can I export my Data?

Yes, you can export your data as a .csv file. Simply click on “Export” when you view keywords for a specific domain.

How does RankTracks treat sub-domains?

When you enter a domain to track our platform looks for any instance of that domain within search results, whether it’s a subdomain or not. You can track specific subdomains by entering them in the URL field in the upper right hand corner of your account.

My rankings aren’t right, what’s going on?

Its normal for some rankings to fluctuate throughout the day. Aside from typical fluctuations though, there could be many reasons why the rank you see when searching Google, Yahoo! or Bing is different than what we report. Search engines will pull results from different datacenters at any given time. Different datacenters can provide different results. They’ll also be different if you’re searching with “personalization” features turned on. If you feel there’s an issue with our data please email ranktracker@formitus.com with your account info and the domain/keyword combination you’re concerned about.

What’s your refund policy?

The sign up fee is non-refundable.  If you don’t want to use RankTracks at any point you just send us an email at ranktracker@formitus.com, we  bill at the end of each month, so there are no refunds to give.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account entirely by emailing ranktracker@formitus.com and tell us that you want to cancel your account. If you want to set up a new account you will need to pay the sign-up fee again.

How do account downgrade and upgrades work?

If you want to upgrade your account, email ranktracker@formitus.com, we’ll upgrade you immediately and we will bill you for that plan at the end of the  month. If you downgrade your account we’ll downgrade you immediately and charge your credit card appropriately the next month.

How does Adding Extra Domains & Keywords Work?

Your account allows you to add domains and keywords beyond the package minimum. Each domains and keyword that you add above the package minimum will be billed in the next invoice. If you have added enough domains & keywords to be in the next package level we will bill at that level of package to ensure you are paying the least rate.

How Long do I have to Pay?

Accounts that haven’t paid within the first week will receive limited access to their account until the bill has been paid. Payment that take over 30 days will receive a .075% late fee. If a late fee is charged the account will be temporarily unavailable until the payments are caught up. If after 30 more days the accounts are not caught up we will close down the account.
